Auntie Oli comes to visit!
Rowan's Aunt Olivia came all of the way out from Las Vegas, Nevada to meet him, he sure is lucky to have such great family. When Olivia arrived, Rowan had on his "My Auntie Rocks" shirt.
Olivia was so in love with her nephew, she insisted on watching him all night long (with our Dad and Karen's help). How sweet is she though?

Grandma Karen got to babysit while we were gone.
On her last day of her visit, Olivia didn't want to leave Rowan. But we will see her again soon (in July)!
Hoppy Easter
Rowan's 1st Easter was spent in our apartment because Dr. Young (Rowan's pediatrician) had strict orders that he not be around big crowds. So we decided that it was probably best if we stay home, but of course we still had a little Easter-attire fashion show and some visitors.
Gram-E, Grandpa D and Great Grandma Virginia came over to visit Easter Eve.
Easter Sunday was a beautiful, quiet morning... perfect last day living in our apartment.
Moving Day(s)
We moved into Grandma and Grandpa Fischer's house on April 5th. They are nice enough to let us live there until our house is finished. We are hoping we will be in our new home in August, so we'll see!
Our apartment treated us VERY well and was just what we needed for the time we were there. While we were in our apartment we got married, bought our first home and had a baby... on to the next place!
We got the spare room cleaned, so Rowan hung out in there all afternoon.

The day after we moved into Grandma and Grandpa's, Rowan lost his umbilical cord
On April 11th, Rowan participated in his first MS Walk. Mommy carried him in the Baby Bjorn. Afterwords we had some refreshments and everyone wanted to hold Rowan.

The next day Rowan celebrated the Cardinals Opening Day by wearing his new hat...
...for a little bit anyway.

April 24th was Rowan's 1 Month Birthday. Mommy and Daddy were on Brett and Lindsey's bachelor/ette party, so Rowan stayed with Gram-E and Grandpa D overnight.

Uncle Christian has been using Rowan as a model to practice photography. He's doing a great job!
Here is a picture we will take every month for the 1st year of Rowan's life to see how he grows. Grandparents Fischer gave Rowan this stuffed frog for Easter.
